How it works

By purchasing a share, you become a community member and receive legally established rights. Usage procedures, residence calendar and management rules are described in the co-owners' agreement and internal regulations.

We are guided by Italian civil law (see Codice Civile ) and notarial practice. All key issues (renovation budget, management company, rental rules) go through discussion and voting.
